Performance in thermoforming and welding
Matrelec’s experience in the blister industry has enabled us to design this line specially adapted for high-speed blister packaging.
Comprising a thermoforming station, high-frequency and thermal heat-sealing, a stripping press with waste recovery, and a loading station with automatic cardboard deposit, this machine makes it easy to produce complete blister packs at much higher speeds than a conventional rotary table, from two reels of up to 100 products per minute, depending on the format to be converted.
Various options such as automatic supply, tooling air-conditioning, double magazine and preheating oven further enhance your productivity.
